2) Submission Procedure for examination protocols:

As soon as the first protocol is received, we drop a reminder in the community for everyone to submit the respective subject protocol to cross compare the quality. If no further submissions are received within a week. We can use the one submitted as the protocol that can be accepted.

Evaluation guidelines:

The evaluation criteria for the protocol return:

  • Submitted within one semester
  • Complies with the guidelines
  • Refund is only for the version that is officially accepted, if there exist multiple submissions done for the respective subject in that semester.
  • The specification of a deadline for submission serves the timeliness of a protocol. Due to other uses in the student council, the deposit cannot be returned after more than one semester.
  • The protocol is compared to the available submissions based on the quality, and extent of completeness. (which is decided by the current board).
  • The order of submission if the protocols are of equal quality.

Case 1: (By those who have previously borrowed a protocol)

The submitting person can choose from the available means of renewal, including the cash deposit initially made, if submission was within the deadline.

Case 2: (By those who haven’t borrowed a protocol so far)

Guidelines of protocol evaluation still apply in full for the acceptance of the protocol. The means of renewal for cash wouldn’t be possible in each case. Subjective to case-by-case basis.
